Gold stems with prong set aurora borealis stones on the ends are in a "wave" pattern. The center aurora stone is surrounded by smaller aurora stones and small gold fleur-de-lis designs. It is in excellent condition - the metal shows no wear and the stones are bright and shiny. The picture looks as if the pin is out of shape, but it isn't. It appears out of shape because of the "wave" pattern.

This pin looks like an unsigned designer piece. If you like bugs, you'll love this pin. The body is a metallic looking pale pinkish lilac. The wings are the tremblers (and they do tremble). The head and the base of the wings have clear pave stones, the eyes are emerald green and the body is gold. It is 2" x 1" and in near mint condition.

Classic 40's pin in the shape of a bow. There are two unusual shaped topaz stones measuring 10mm x 20mm. They are unfoiled and faceted like an emerald cut stone, but the ends are pointed. The stones are in excellent condition. The metal has some small spots and marks. Could possibly be cleaned up, but I haven't tried. In the picture the dark areas are reflections from the light. Even though the condition isn't perfect, this is a wonderful old pin.
