Total diamond weight is 1 carat. This is one of the most beautiful diamond watches I have ever seen. The diamonds are of good quality and they are "real diamonds" not little teeny chips. There are very small diamonds around the watch and at each end is a cluster of 7 diamonds. One larger one in the center surrounded by 6. It measures 1/2" wide x 1 1/2" long (including the diamonds). I have appraisal papers. The watch is a vintage watch, therefore it needs to be wound -it doesn't work on batteries. It keeps excellent time.
